During installation a very friendly employee called 'Willie' made sure to have the installation done in no time and up to the high standards that Wesa is known for. Price/Quality also superhappy with. All in all big thumbs up for this family! Go here please!

Ordered composite planks for 14 meters of fence but not careful and chosen the wrong color ... Exchange is of course always difficult for something like this, but it was not difficult at all and exchange is free of charge. Completely happy with it, top service. And then it was promised to only send us a quote for the materials without additional customization before Friday. So back a week. Unfortunately no response from them. Fortunately, we have found a company in the area that responds quickly and energetically and with Wesa tuinhout we or our relations will not do business. I think it is very unfortunate that it went like this because I think how I was treated in the company is a contrast to after treatment at a distance. Perhaps a tip from us. Be clear and communicate quickly with the customer to avoid unnecessary waiting for your response that never comes.

We are looking for a roof and ended up at Wesa Tuinhout in Someren. In the store (on a Tuesday) we were helped well and it was agreed that someone would come by next week to measure everything. It's great that it would happen after the weekend in this busy period. After a week and a half not having heard when they would come, I called on Wednesday if anyone would contact me for the survey. Ehhh, they forgot it was the answer. Fortunately, they arrived on Friday afternoon, later than agreed, to measure everything. Now we know that they are very busy so the quote could also take a few days. The following Friday, I made a call to see if they had any information about when the quotation would be ready. However, the person was not present and I would be called back the same Friday. Unfortunately, this just happened. Called Saturday afternoon at 3:30 PM, half an hour before closing time, called again and I would be called back this Saturday. Unfortunately, however, not a single message was heard. Now a week later, Friday, I am typing this review because I find it really outrageous that no calls will be made. They may have been busy but people have to wait 2.5 weeks, and maybe even longer, for a quote for a simple roof of 3.5 x 3.5 meters is really not possible. It is a great pity that Wesa deals with his 'customers' in this way. Dear Willie, The review had already been posted before I called you. I would like to receive the quote this week as you promised. Monday, July 6. Update after placing review and contacting Wesa by telephone. As promised by phone, I would receive a quote last week. The new week has already started again and I have not been able to receive a quote, another phone call that the quote has been abandoned. We continue to persevere.
