Bad service.
After ordering via the website, which indicated immediately available, also paid immediately.
After a few days received an email that the cushions turned out to be discolored and were no longer available. I could choose the discolored pillows or change the order. The only other option was a more expensive variant and we had counted on some compensation from the webshop as it was their fault that the cushions were no longer available. No compensation and eventually had to pay for the more expensive variant.
Fast delivery, it is a pity that you have to notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is not in order. I ordered it as a gift so can't open it to check within those 24 hours. Hopefully it will be all right ........ within 24 hours is out of date!
Fast delivery and they did not bother when I wanted to change the color of the pillows after ordering them in a different color.
