Nice people helped well and have many beautiful things !!
We have bought a beautiful old oak table with matching chairs at Chairs @ Home, the table is tailor-made to our wishes, everything is delivered to us by Leny & Bart within 8 weeks, we are very satisfied with the reception and especially the way from selling in your atmospheric store, many furniture boulevard can learn something from this, thanks again for your good service, and certainly goodbye, Hans & Marije van Leent
In the store the chairs looked perfect, but after 4 months the cracks started. This indicated to the owner, but would be wear, after 4 months! I am done! no more furniture for me here, as soon as payment is made, they are suddenly no longer so helpful!
Pity.
................. update: I mean, you suddenly do not appear in the customer database, easy! but after publishing this public review, contact is possible ... sorry we are all done with you, in case this is not clear!
Cozy shop in a homely atmosphere, very good advice and everything is delivered according to agreement, we are very satisfied, Leny and Bart thank you for your good advice and good service.
Basically a good delivery, only the aftersales and communication no longer heard.
The lock of the cabinet does not work properly, an email has been sent several times. Unfortunately, I never had a reaction to it. I hope to get in touch through this way and perhaps the negative experience can become a positive experience.
