Very bad service. Pass on bad information to their subcontractors and then reject complaints in the end, even though this was classified as right by the expert. I can only recommend everyone who comes into contact with this company to give a wide berth.

Cupboard purchased through high bosom comes from you. Guarantee on top. 1 star not worthy. As soon as it comes to selling, they are ready and everything is possible, but in terms of service they are not customer-oriented. We bought a cupboard from then 1300 euros with metal legs (also of this series the TV furniture and coffee table) initially completely super but the top of the cupboard tore we then got a new cupboard while the top top could just be replaced ... unfortunately when the cabinet 2 was delivered, the drawers could not be fully opened .... This was also neatly solved, cabinet 3 was combing our way .... however, after a few weeks, rust stains on the metal legs. A technician came here and said that this did not belong, so we got a new cupboard again. Cabinet 4 meanwhile .... unfortunately you guessed it already. Rust spots on the metal legs .... and now it was our fault rust due to improper cleaning ... I have never seen anything rust from the outside ... rust comes from within and the best thing the service technician had to tell me was that the cabinets are made in India and sometimes stand 1 meter deep in the water during rainy seasons. (we never touched the cupboard with water or cleaning products), however, it was then offered to have the cupboard repaired at habufa furniture (where the heights of the furniture come from) 6/8 weeks away when I called that the cupboard was back and that it was still checked by their mechanic .... when the cupboard was returned again, nothing was done about it. Damper and of course the meanwhile had to fall into our shoes 😡 called to the planning and was eventually told that nothing will be done with the cupboard 😡 Unfortunately we must now go to legal assistance because high bosom does not come with a suitable solution.
