Painting delivered with the mounting hooks on the wrong side. They did not answer the phone during their opening hours, so they sent an app with pictures and all. After 3 days answer, I could solve it myself by drilling holes in the holes and confirming it again. Well fine, so I ask if there is still a guarantee when I drill this, since it is not my fault. No you will not get that and we do not recommend drilling! Confused but asked what is ever the intention, and that I am not so happy with how this is treated. Was told that the painting can be mounted perfectly and that there is no problem. So now we just have to deal with a painting that is wrong, and a company that refuses to help and contradicts itself. You better buy something elsewhere, saves a lot of hassle. Luckily I can return it, but since I bought it through a henders & hazel deal, that means I get a voucher. Really want to buy something here ...

Order went smoothly, product is completely as expected. The package was lost due to poor delivery by postnl. We have reported this to Coco Maison. The communication about this was smooth and friendly. She immediately started actively helping. (The package was finally found in the garden 3 houses further in the rain. Shame postnl!)
