I emailed the message below to Harielle about my first order. I came across the beautiful soapdish months ago and I was interested in it (not knowing what was still behind it) I sent a Private message on Instagram because I wanted to order a soapdish, but unfortunately they were no longer there at that time . Harielle asked me to leave my email address, if they were back in, she would email me. I had already forgotten a bit. Until I received an email with a beautiful photo and whether I was still interested. Absolutely. I couldn't choose and bought three. We had a very nice mail / app contact and that is how I ended up with the soaps. And all other products. A world opened up for me. What beautiful soaps and especially the "natural" really appealed to me. I have very difficult skin. Especially in the winter months. Well, I have already placed a second order. I no longer want to be without echelon products. And Harielle's friendliness and expertise is very pleasant. I am very happy with it. I would recommend it to everyone. The shampoo bars are great too. And you no longer use plastic. That is also great. All in all, a top site. Hi Harielle, Thank you again for the beautiful package. I am so very happy with the products. Normally when I clean my face at night I think; don't feel like it, but you have to. Now it is a party. Your skin feels so wonderful. And especially the scrub for your face (gold) which is really great. I really have such dry skin, when I rub my eyebrows I still have flakes, but not anymore. Only the “breaking” of the soap is difficult😉. They are just works of art. All in all, I am very happy that I found you through Instagram. I am going to enjoy the new products. I can definitely recommend Échelon Soaps. Harrielle works with passion and really knows what she's talking about. She can give good advice which products are suitable for you. I also recommend this, because she now has a lot of products, which makes keeping an overview herself a bit difficult. For my eczema I am very pleased with the combination of the scrubs, the 'Healing Balm' and the 'Soother' (body) / 'Camash' (face).
