10-11-2918 shipping tubes ordered with "longer delivery date".
Are today exactly 1 month further and still nothing in the house. Expected (!) Date 12-12-2018, no idea if I have them in the house or that they will be sent the 12th.
Order is 4 (or was it 5?) Times moved to another delivery date, obviously advanced.
I can get better stuff from China, for example, I have it in a (large) week!
very customer unfriendly how they put the prices down for a product, if you think that it is, you will still see the VAT + the shipping costs when signing off. I can understand the latter, but if you see a cable tray of 28 euro, and you press add, and it ends up at 41 euro, for a cable tray of 1.08M. Here is an example;
28.10 costs the cable,
on the next page you see this:
Shipping costs € 5.95
VAT € 7.15
Total € 41.20
then you immediately think never mind then. here they apparently still live in the past where buying things via the internet was still a mess.
