Dear Sir / Madam, (Hollice) My sincere apologies if I cut you off on a roundabout. I clearly haven't seen you or just in time! Fortunately, nothing serious happened. I've never raised a finger and I never will! It is a pity that you did not call or something like that 7 months ago, then we could have spoken it out.

Great company. Have our kitchen delivered, everything went well. Last one drawer defective. Called and made an appointment. The engineer is at the door exactly at the agreed time. He also checks the other drawers and, for safety's sake, replaces another conductor. Excellent service, we are satisfied.
