We have experienced the service of HelloKitchen Duiven as very good. Raoul has been a fantastic help in putting together the kitchen of our dreams. Interim contact has always been good. The oven we had selected is unfortunately not yet available, but this was neatly solved with a loaner oven. We have also been informed of this in good time. Assembling the kitchen had some points for improvement in my opinion. For example, the entire kitchen was still covered with sawdust and the waste was not separated (although afterwards it is stated on the form what you have to sign). I was also disappointed that the kitchen was not sealed by the mechanics. The kitchen is also very neatly assembled and problems were immediately reported (wrong tap and wrong size cheek). I still have to wait and see how the errors will be resolved, but overall I am very satisfied with HelloKitchen! Thanks again Raoul for all your help.

We had a very specific idea of what we wanted but on a limited budget. We came up with a sample kitchen and asked for more / better for less money. Thanks to Raoul from Hello Kitchen Duiven, this was more than successful! We are very happy with our beautiful kitchen!

We had the idea to upgrade our kitchen with new equipment. We therefore visited several kitchen companies to obtain ADVICE. The HelloKitchen seller took the time to listen to our wishes and needs. Our clear wish was a steam oven in which we can steam vegetables, eggs, etc. We discussed all kinds of matters and we ultimately purchased 5 products. So no small purchase. When the equipment was delivered in March, we concluded that we do not have a steam oven, we contacted HelloKitchen directly, but were replied that we should have looked closely and googled the equipment ourselves and are therefore responsible for the purchase the wrong product. It is not a steam oven but a convection oven with a steam function, something completely different. It is now mid-June and we have heard the following: it is our own fault and so no compensation, only a 20% discount on a new steam oven ?! Because the oven has now been used ?! This is a great pity, because we immediately rang the bell and now there is no turning back because hellokitchen has been delayed for a long time with the handling of a complaint. I absolutely cannot recommend this company.

A TOP company good, friendly salesmen with knowledge. We are satisfied with our kitchen that we have put together with the seller. Even after the sale, I was helped with a number of questions about the equipment. In short, a good company to choose a kitchen.
