Especially now with the virus waiting as they help but with 2 men and sometimes something goes wrong

No matter what time of day you go, it is always busy and minimum waiting time half an hour. I understand that there are more staff who prepare the recipes for delivery etc. But there are often only 2 or 3 counters open. For some time now they also have a takeout machine outside. This went smoothly once, then you have to call every time whether the order has come through, because it takes days before you get the collection code by text message or not. It has also happened regularly to me that orders for medicines are only partially or not in stock when I picked them up at the counter. So is the take away machine an improvement? If they process the ordered medicines immediately and send the collection code by text message, perhaps ......... For now two stars.

Previously indeed very long waiting times. However, there is now a vending machine. This is a great solution, especially now during the corona period, now that you can also enter with fewer people. Only had to pick up something because of size, but this also went quickly. I do have the SMS service

friendly employees, they arrange my medicines every 3 months and I pick them up from the machine. Great solution for people who don't have time to pick up medicines during the day.

Not always everything went well in the past, but nowadays much better. Clearly things have changed for the better. Waiting times sometimes a bit long, but there is now also a machine and that makes a difference 👍
