Well guided throughout the purchase process. With us, this included a first orientation in the store, the online calculator for a price indication, telephone follow-up, home and online quotation and sale by friendly and knowledgeable Moes and finally measuring. We are curious about delivery and use.

We bought our beautiful new kitchen at Tulp in Rotterdam. With a sample of wallpaper in hand, we could choose exactly the color that suited us. All employees were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The communication between purchase and delivery / installation also went smoothly and clearly. We are happy

Beautiful kitchen designed in Rdam, were very well helped and fully meets our wishes / requirements. However, from the moment of placing, error is stacked on error. - Damage to the worktop is found during installation. The mechanic immediately indicated that it probably needs to be replaced. After 2 visits in a period of 4 months, it is concluded that it needs to be replaced. Delivery time: 3 to 6 months .... - Several fronts were damaged, will be neatly replaced. Unfortunately not all at the same time, so we are now ready for our 5th visit by a mechanic in the hope that he has everything with him and can now really replace the last front. - The Quooker does not provide enough water pressure from day 1. The 5th mechanic has now come by for this (because the 1st 4 arrived, put on the box and indicated that he could not fix it) and he has informed that the Quooker is simply defective and must be replaced. Whether I would like to contact Quooker myself to schedule this .... The customer service at Tulp is currently working overtime and that can only be caused by the lack of communication with the technicians. In 4 months time, a total of 8 technicians have been here, all of whom only arrive with half information and in most cases go home again unresolved. By sending your technicians everywhere in this way and not letting them solve anything, you will of course keep busy with customer service. All in all, we are now 4 months later, the worktop still has to be replaced, the quooker still has to be replaced and 2 more covers have to be replaced. I hope that by mid-2021 we will have a kitchen that will be finished, but I have a hard time.

We went to Tulip kitchens Alexandrium by a recommendation. The first time we made an appointment there, we were super helped by Ellen. After an afternoon sitting there, we came to the conclusion that we wanted to think about it for a while. We were given that time without signing for anything. About 6 weeks later we made another appointment and we were well, kindly and sincerely helped by Moes. We had some adjustments made to the drawing and equipment and that was no problem. In the end we have succeeded for a super kitchen, completely to our liking !!!!!! Thank you very much for the good service and customer-friendliness of all employees. We are curious about the end result. We definitely recommend Tulip kitchens Alexandrium!
