Purchased 2 quality kids mattress for good price. Delivery time was as expected. Unfortunately when we received it one of the mattress had some small defect. It was not really a major issue but we think that it could be a problem in the long run. So we logged in a complaint and few days later we received a replacement! What a great customer service!
