African store that sales African stuff mostly food items

We, as a hairdresser African Hair, have unfortunately had to decide not to buy from Miranda anymore. Miranda has supplied us with products that did not function and blames them entirely on the customer. This while we are a professional, qualified hairdresser, and experienced in the use of these products. We have been working with the product frequently for six years, normally without problems. We expect the delivered batch to have a problem with the chemical composition. Nevertheless, the owner of Miranda makes no effort to analyze the complaint; he also does not want to test the remainder of the packaging for functioning. There is no money back option, no exchange, while we have been buying products from Miranda for more than 10 years. We strongly advise you to buy your products from a shop that does want to provide service.
