Both service and the kitchen delivered were super bad. The verdict was only done by the employees a year later. And we were not helped with further problems. The kitchen has been in it for 2 years now and there are already spots that fall off. I advise you not to buy your kitchen here. It is a one-time expensive purchase. Do it well at a quality kitchen farmer, because this is really worthless. There is no response to complaints. Once they are done they do not record anymore. And they are not exactly customer-friendly and solution-oriented. I do not recommend it to anyone!

Nice seller. Basically good cuisine ... However, bad service. Installation was super bad! What an amateur. Works very sloppy, saws everything in? Doesn't clean up anything. You can whistle for missing, incorrectly delivered products. Certain problems that were not resolved. The fourth time, another person came to solve the problems. That was a professional. Only he could not finish the job due to the shortcomings of Artisan kitchens. Complaints were taken to the company by the employee. Never heard of it again. I haven't called anymore either. Contacted someone else and paid the full price for Artisan's shortcomings, thank you. Update: In response to spokesperson. This has been done several times. However, you will be kept on a leash. I also had to sign that everything was ready (cover everything), but this was not the case. Complaints / shortcomings noted. They would be contacted, this did not happen. I don't keep calling either, this was always the case. It's crazy that you pay thousands of euros and you constantly have to run after certain things. Again kitchen quality was good. Finishing -> service bad. No further contact is necessary because the shortcomings have been resolved by another company.

Artisan Kitchens Great help, nice salesman who thinks along with the design and points for attention. Our dream has come true, very good price and quality ratio, definitely recommended. 👍🏼

Very bad experience! No customer friendliness, they will not keep you informed when the kitchen is inside, products that are missing are also delivered to the customer very late + you will not be notified when you receive your products! We always had to call after it! Etc etc. And then they talk about customer friendliness :) kitchen is very good quality (German cuisine)
