Very happy with the service at Kuechentreff Dieren. Chet was very responsive after a leak was found in the refrigerator. Two days later technician was there to look at the problem, very service oriented guy, did thorough investigation and no extra costs charged. Professional and very customer oriented, full marks!

Very Customer Unfriendly !!!! No, I will not advise anyone to buy a kitchen here. Our experience: -The delivered Nobilia kitchen is of top quality, very happy with it. -Not received the ordered devices, nor informed about this. we had to take this for granted. -All communication was very poor. If something went wrong somewhere (and that sometimes happens) you have to find out yourself, you won't hear anything from Kuechentreff. -The mistakes always lie with the suppliers. (This does not matter to me, after all I bought a kitchen at Kuechentreff Dieren, where they get the stuff from, I have no control over) -1 seller tries to make something of it, the other is very rude and insulting to the customer, very unfriendly! -He had a very good, friendly technician for a kitchen installation. The mechanic of the remaining points was less friendly and less professional. -If you try to discuss all the problems and come to a solution, you will not receive a response, no answer to e-mail, telephone connection is lost. Of course this could also have been us? Unfortunately, after some research, it turns out that we are not the only ones. Fortunately, after 10 weeks of waiting, it is still resolved (problems with the kitchen), communication is not yet there. Speaking to others who are less "lucky". Again, we are very happy with the kitchen. However, very sad about this company.

Last July very well helped by Kuechentreff Dieren. Chet and Richard have provided me with correct and honest advice. They don't have a standard sales pitch, but just say what it means, with the necessary humor. I would definitely recommend Kuechentreff Dieren to acquaintances. Thank you for the assistance!
