We have been helped! We have been helped very well in the store in Zutphen. The sales consultants Kim and Wilco were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have put together a beautiful kitchen based on our wishes. Had no bad feelings, as recently appeared in the media. The assembly and the service afterwards also went well. Customer service will handle your request kindly. A few things weren't right when assembling. They handled this properly and resolved it without us having been bothered by it. Our experience with sales, installation and after sales is therefore very good!

Discover at your leisure what suits you. We had not yet had a precise idea of ​​the kitchen for our new home. Kitchen consultant Kim took all the time to discover with us what we like and what we don't like. That turned out to be something different than we would have thought in advance and we are very happy with the result! Very nice that we did not feel pressured for a moment and still have plenty of time to adjust things.

Firstly, we bought a kitchen from Mandemakers Zutphen, ordered from Wilco Bolle in April. -We have not had a 3D drawing as promised. -A wrong extractor hood has been ordered by Basket Makers, so we had to order it elsewhere because otherwise it would not be in time for installation. Basket markers themselves could not deliver them on time. (We really had these at home from another supplier within 2 days.) -The kitchen was delivered on September 27, upon delivery the refrigerator fell, which broke it. This still has to be replaced. -Monday September 30th the kitchen was installed. there were many measurement problems, which meant that the kitchen had to be adjusted in many places. - Due to these measurement errors, the side walls were omitted, kitchen cabinet could not be placed because it was more than 16 cm too high and the kitchen worktop was too small. - There were and even more minor problems such as scratches on parts and the dishwasher was set incorrectly. The installer, who is self-employed, has made every effort to make the kitchen suitable. Plume to him. After many times trying to make contact with Basket Makers and hanging on the phone for hours, we are not heard or helped at all. We are now 2.5 months further. They would come last Friday to fix all the above defects. However, it was canceled again and nothing resolved. We have taken time off from work several times to be present and Mandemakers calls the day before. In doing so, the blame is shifted to everyone except Basket Markers themselves. They say 'we deliver perfect kitchens' but this is not the case with us at all. We have been very patient but no real action is being taken. We do not recommend Madenmakers Zuthpen to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

If you go for a kitchen you are sooo good there, these people take the time for you !! They look at what suits you, come up with good advice, give a big discount in my opinion and most importantly you as a customer are number 1. Can't wait for my composed kitchen😁
