I went to layman to bring back a hair paint because it didn't pick up on my hair. The paint was intended for people with blond hair and did not suit dark hair. Unfortunately, it didn't get on my hair either. I neatly went back with it I was told that they will not take it back because my hair has a different acidity. Is not in the package leaflet that can cause the paint to not pack properly. Then I drove to the Kruidvat in Marum they understood and did not bother about it. I am truly sorry that there is such a difference between the store staff
