Promise everything, but don't keep anything! Kitchen arrived badly damaged. Parts are missing, and now 12 weeks later not everything is complete. Dimensions of the dishwasher were absolutely wrong. We had already expected this in advance. We had therefore contacted several times in advance about this, then we were declared crazy and it was indicated that we did not understand and that it would all work out. In retrospect, we were completely right. The dishwasher doesn't fit for a meter. Kitchen competitor indicated that this is just bad luck and our own responsibility. In short, the financial consequences were entirely for our own account. We have contacted about everything by telephone. Initially we were sent from pillar to post several times. After a number of phone calls, the branch manager of Keukenconcurrent Hoogeveen indicated that we had no knowledge of anything and that we should not be such a pissed off customers and that they were no longer interested in it. After this, the receiver was simply put down! All in all, we are faced with a lot of hassle, financial consequences and no empathy or solutions from Keukenconcurrent. We therefore recommend that you certainly do not do business with Keukenconcurrent (part of the Mandenmakers group)!

Initially very well served at the branch in Hoogeveen. Unfortunately, the second time we came by, it turned out that the first errors were already present, incorrect equipment was introduced than we wanted and many things were no longer correct what we had discussed before. Everything was right after that. They are called completely crazy by them before delivery to indicate everything 3 double how and what. The installation took an awfully long time. 1 day was agreed and this became 2. We also turned out to have received the wrong combination microwave, because it was once again changing back to the incorrectly entered microwave. If you call the branch they will ship you off nicely, because then it is your own fault. Never leave a kitchen again if this is the policy towards your customers !!

I am very dissatisfied. Since placing the kitchen I have nothing but bad experience. Leakage, refrigerator which is not okay. Report to a kitchen competitor, you will be told that you should contact the technicians yourself, why ??? I also don't pay via assembly companies, do I ?! Call you xxxxxxx times, you will be sent from shelf to wall! Literally 3 weeks doing the dishes in your bathroom !!! Scandalous!!! And not even a sorry or a gesture ... Never have something made by a kitchen competitor again ...

Bought a kitchen at KeukenConcurrent in April. From April onwards with my induction hob. The kernels fall out during cooking and 9 out of 10 times we don't get them anymore. Been a mechanic 2x, repairs done but ..... the problem remained. Replacing the hob with a new one. However, it arrived just as under the sand and wet as hob number 1. Also with hob number 2 the same story, mechanic there, it was due to the meter cupboard. Have the fuse replaced from 25 to 35 amps. Replace wiring, but problem persists. We were allowed to choose a new hob ("read" pay in full) To date, it remains a debate. Kitchen competitor is not at home. And finally turned to legal aid today. These indicated that we have already done far too much and are committed to us. #fail # kitchen competitor Previous review cannot be found.
