Excellent advice when purchasing our new box spring

Very friendly staff, without a doubt. The hardness of the PVC floor is very disappointing, a grain of sand in your sole and it will irrevocably scratch. (we have bought 0.7 mm, the thickest layer, so you can check). Sales could have said that more emphatically: it scratches very quickly! Laying is not done properly, many glue residues and many seams, which always contain dirt. Of course we have presented this to WCH, they are also looking and repaired something, but it doesn't get very neat anymore and it scratches: they also admit it, PVC is (very) sensitive to scratching.
