Seats and Sofas Hoogeveen

I've got my couche delivery in 8 weeks, so not bad , the couch was made without pushpins (which I order ) and I had wrong number of pillows on my invoice, first I was very angry but after contac the shop (more then one time 😅) the menager solve my problem. So finally I'm happy with they service.

They provide extensive, honest information in a very customer-friendly manner and think well with the possibilities of the customer. Super experience. Now we have to wait and see whether delivery comes as agreed and the quality meets expectations.

Unfortunately, the location in Hoogeveen cannot be reached by phone. We have been waiting on our couch for 15 weeks, but when you call it is constantly that screaming tape, what is playing and no one picks up the phone. We are getting suspicious. If the delivery is not successful within the stated 6 to 12 weeks, why is the customer not informed?

Chance-less place thick deposit made for a bank 2 months ago and so far have not heard anything, called several times but 0 empathy or a bit of thinking on their part. (Don't get scammed here)
