Baby-Dump Hoogeveen

Super store. We had ordered an alecto baby monitor dbx-88eco but unfortunately the cover of the parent station was broken. Emailed to babydump and we received a new one without any problems. We are happy with it. Nice to see what the temperature is in your child's room. You can also control music remotely. In short, for a nice baby monitor for a good price

Yesterday, November 28, 2020, I visited your store with my wife and son. We saw a nice toy car (VW t Roc). My son was very enthusiastic and took it for a short test drive in the store. Glad that he / we was / were we wanted to pay. At the checkout a blonde, slightly older employee came up to us and took the car out of our hands without batting an eyelid. She indicated that this was the last and that it should remain in the store. Otherwise they would have nothing. She also indicated that these were only available again from January. She was rude, unfortunately she did not apologize. The car was then returned to the store for demonstration, right in front of us. Upset and quite angry, we left the shop. Shameful, rude and terribly child-unfriendly how people are treated here. Never again a Babydump for us and our loved ones in Hoogeveen.

The store is neat and with a wide range. However, what I wanted was not in stock, something else selected, also not in stock but could be ordered. Ordered on Friday and would be delivered to my home on Tuesday. Not received on Tuesday, not received on Wednesday, so called Thursday. Yes, that product was no longer in stock at all and would arrive back in the warehouse 3 weeks later. Indicated that I did not agree with that because I had not bought it for that. Then I got a free upgrade of the product which I thought was neatly offered. Would be delivered on Saturday ... again nothing received. Again went after it myself, yes it was 'the system'. apparently something was wrong and therefore the product was not shipped. And this was also not the first time that it went so wrong, but the 2nd time and then I had to call 4 times in the back before I received my already paid product. Very annoying that a lot is promised but little is kept ... A little proactivity and customer service would grace Baby-Dump firm.

Due to Corona not able to go to the store. Telephone contact with another baby dump. But because I wanted to change something, we ended up in this store by phone. What a great service! There was good thought and the pros and cons were well discussed! Thanks and we ordered everything from Babydump Hoogeveen! :)

Our nursery furniture was collected and there were some difficulties in the assembly indicated and it was no problem that was immediately arranged. Also fair and reason were something good and what you can purchase later. Very pleasant experience and highly recommended! Thank Baby-Dump
