Sunshade has fallen off the wall two (!!) times. Very badly resolved, difficult contact, never apologies, never called back and finally half the money back after a year.

After two months of requests to come by, someone would stop by today to look at the screens that after 4 years are completely broken on the sides. But no one is coming. Stayed around all day for this. Company is not customer friendly !! Update: Today, March 31, complaint about fly screens handled nicely. With apologies. Now waiting for repairs or new screens. Update: May 16 complaint resolved. Mosquito screens have been replaced. It took a while but now it is good. Thanks!

Unfortunately I don't have a good experience with this company, the communication is downright sad. In the meantime more than 5 months ago I asked by e-mail to install a roller shutter, but despite several emails and a visit to the showroom, nothing has happened yet. Mails usually go unanswered or are not followed up. Of course I have now dropped out, they don't even come. How hard can it be! The problems have now been solved and the roller shutter has been installed.
