Ms was very friendly when buying the perfume, but when exchanging (after the promise that this was not a problem as it was a gift) the kindness was hard to find. "We never give money back, I assumed you knew that" is not customer-friendliness and then you throw the money at the counter. Too bad, it detracts from a nice store.
