The staff is not customer friendly. I had to go back to the store because the discount of an item had not been collected (I had specifically asked for it). The staff also went into discussions with me about what is on the discount sign and which products are / are not covered. I finally asked my money back. Very unfortunate, because if they had taken the trouble to grab the advertising leaflet they could have seen that the product was really on offer and a discussion about it (which I find very unprofessional) was superfluous.
