We've been a good customer of Etos drugstore das long feather and money. you buy an electric toothbrush a manager tell her colleague who helped my give it but it is the last one, needed other things yet again almost a hundred euros. went to the checkout, check everything out. I find out the next day that the toothbrush is not in it. another toothbrush from Etos would be brought on Monday. I still ask it is just not in the case. she said we are going to sort it out and also from the colleague, Well (I said on the phone) which had helped my she had had to check the bedrijfsleider.die. ok so far I went back that Wednesday to get others. a lot of times sorry and was almost exaggerated myself but ok was good like that. still asked why ah have different prices and that Friday it was black Friday. but had to have more stuff, and am able to figure out a free product because my card was full. next to the office. I hear them still gossip about my and my toothbrush wtf the thought that I have stolen him. Turned world up to. brought him back. It really bothered me, that Thursday I saw that toothbrush again and even cheaper. I went to bring it back was the plan then and first a woman at the register say that is not bought here explain it , no, not with another Etos, she said, she was going to ask the company leister.no can not take it back. if she can get it then. we can stand apart for a moment she did not find it necessary. she was not allowed to brush her teeth take it back. now I started to know for sure. and then it was the receipt that was not good. quite busy at the checkout. then I got angry and said some bad words stupidly stupid. but felt embarrassed by three women. but I should not have done. that same week I went to the Etos drugstore where the empty box was sold. And those same company leaders were there I wanted to bring it back. She had to call the manager, she wanted the receipt from me to give it. I said otherwise we better call the police. she said, still smiling, don't feel like it. And what do they do they had not called the manager, but that security called there was nothing wrong and they can not keep their hands at home, because I wanted to go back because she still had my receipt. And that dark man threatened me and said nasty things to me, who discriminates who now. that is the working method of Etos, the best drugstore in the Netherlands and goes on with his customers. I waited a week, called the head office twice and left my number behind. I heard nothing.

This Etos is very nice, large assortment, they sell Eyelove glasses and there is nice staff!
