Medicine suddenly another brand and 100% more expensive? The medicine is not reimbursed by my health insurance and normally costs around 7 euros but now suddenly 14 euros .. I asked the assistant for an explanation, but he couldn't explain it to me. Normally no complaints. Explanation would have been reasonable.

arrogant employee leisurely sat down to have a conversation with a colleague while she was helping me. Eventually she found my medicine and started a detailed explanation. Because I could not explain the explanation well (I asked what she meant exactly, but the employee could only repeat what she had already said so I was not the wiser) at home youtube video looked up how it really had to be done. Now it turned out that the explanation just wasn't right. Scandalous!!!!!!

This is a place where you should not be in a hurry. Take it easy for fifteen minutes or more before it is your turn. Staff is knowledgeable and kind. They are just too few.
