you have to go after everything yourself. they say it gets delivered but it doesn't. You cannot pick it up yourself because it stands for delivery. finally able to get it out of delivery after 2 days to pick it up yourself

Employees spend a long time preparing your recipe. Employees are not shielded, I don't think they realize that themselves. We receive all conversations from them, complaints about the customer and private conversations.

Due to Corona the waiting times are much shorter, reason is not nice, but it is more pleasant for the people who come to get medicines. Previously, the waiting times were sometimes longer than 10 minutes or 15 minutes. At that time it was not possible to get your medicines "just as fast". This has now been significantly improved. Employees are friendly and know their job.

Has become a lot better because of the waiting time from before it is now faster and staff really do their best keep it up. 👍
