Medication not in stock, delivery late, therefore without medication, failing system with hospital or doctor which medication can be issued, a fax that does not work, not too helpful, a comment that you should have and use the medication today hardly arrives, me and my wife have been here several times before Jan with the short last name and then go home empty-handed ... which is also disturbing that there are 6 people walking around and it somehow seems as if they forget that people are waiting, this review is a build-up of annoyances of the past months ... being sick and having to use medication is not fun .....
I switched to this pharmacy last year. What a relief. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide input. The ordered medication is received quickly.
Actually like many other pharmacies. Staff friendly and helpful and here you often have to wait a long time. Unfortunately, our insurance system is unclear for many pharmacies. I have often had to pay to the pharmacy and still get it reimbursed, which again entails the necessary paper tape. Cheap and expensive medicines do not always go according to the wishes of the patient. And that is the case at 99% of all pharmacies. It's all about money.
Pinnig and teaching. Kindness would be nice ..
Had a medication, 156 euros for 30 pills. Why is this not reported before it is ordered. Maybe there is a cheaper alternative.
