Received something that the store itself did not even sell. But my fault I should have known the product name myself, they say. It should have said 'oval'. They think I can come up with that myself. Service from lick. Don't buy anything here !!!!!

Very bad experience at Woonsquare. In the shop, the sellers are very helpful. But if something is not right with your purchase, no one is willing to help. The customer service just laughs at you. In the shop they play the innocent salesman: "very annoying but I can't help it" Ultimately, the customer is the victim. Woonsquare uses "CBW recognized" to appear reliable. NEVER BUY AT WOONSQUARE IS MY ADVICE!

How can a chain with this service have a kind of quality mark such as CBW? The good service stops after payment. Only in the shop the employees help you properly, so that you pay.

Brochure prices and retail prices are very misleading. Purely to lure people into the store. They will never see me at this chain again. Quality and warranty Ikea is also much better.
