Very rude helped by both the operator and the whatsapp. No help at all from this shop. You have to figure it out for yourself. You can pay for what you don't have .......

Ordered and paid for a cat bed on April 30. No confirmation received and no cat bed. After some mailing back and forth, agreements were made about deliveries that were always not fulfilled. Six weeks later still no article and no explanation as to why. I have no faith in this company at all.
