I bought a Siematic kitchen for my new home from Eigenhuis Keukens Houten and was very lucky to have Petra Haans as my sales advisor. She was truly helpful throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable on the product that she was selling and was listening and providing great advise. She even followed through after the sales processes to ensure everything was according to my expectations. I must say that this has been one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in the Netherlands! If you go to buy your kitchen in EugenHuis Keukens Houten, I highly recommend that you ask for Petra’s help and advice. Amazing service and professionalism!

We have bought 2 kitchens and had a very good experience in sales. We had a lot of problems with the montage for our first kitchen (the bigger kitchen of the two). It was an ‘external’ guy but this did not matter to us, he did a very poor job and we had to have more than 10 repairs over the course of the first year. However, at the end, Eigen Keukens Houten offered to come to us and chat. They came to our home out of office hours. They wanted to understand what happened so that it could not happen again. They were sympathetic and they apologized, which meant a lot to us. They fixed every problem for us. It took sometime but we got there at the end. We have bought a second kitchen from them and it went very well. They did the montage and even offered additional upgrades as a thank you to us. They were professional, serious, humble and they kept their word. I was impressed by the way they took responsibility and moved on. The kitchens are great, the sales experience is great too and now I can confirm that if you have a problem afterwards, they will listen.

Wij waren op zoek naar een Siematic keuken en kwamen terecht bij de Siematic store van Eigenhuis Keukens in Houten. De ruimte waar onze keuken moet komen heeft een aantal kenmerken die het moeilijk maakten om onze wens voor een groot kookeiland te realiseren. Timo heeft onze wensen echter perfect vertaald in een ontwerp waar we direct heel enthousiast over waren. Ook de finetuning daarna was positief. Hij denkt goed mee, komt met waardevolle suggesties en pakt alles snel en nauwkeurig op. Wij verheugen ons op het plaatsen van onze keuken.
