Nice design, good quality, great communication! They have amazing design. If you like industrial look Lumz is the address. Their price might be a little bit more expensive than the market but they compensate it with the quality. Their approach and communication is also so nice and friendly. They could reply the emails maybe a little bit faster but it is not a big deal because they are replying each email eventually.

Great quality of products (got a dinning table and 4 chairs) as well as customer service and delivery. Everything was delivered in good and timely manner. There is a huge variety with all kinds of price scales. Extremely satisfied all in all!

Very friendly service via phone. Furniture arrived with some quality concerns. Seeing positive pre-sales experience, hopeful they will offer a good solution for these concerns.

Chairs are beautiful and easy to assemble, also very confortable. But their advertisement about next day delivery didn't happen, took 5 days, a lot of follow up and a non proactive customer service

Great design. Finishing could be better, table top gives splinters and needs one layer of lacquering.
