Nice building, good doctors, but you often have to wait a long time at the pharmacy.

I was today in this pharmacy myself in Rotterdam I needed eye drops because I had surgery, my doctor faxed my prescription 3 times but I was told I could go better because she got nothing, then I got for the 4 times my doctor called me I got my prescription by mail I went back I had to send the mail to them thought okay I also did but was still not good because mail was of poor quality on their system, could be read but just not clear according to the employee, am eventually sent away again by a foreign lady with an accent. I said that I was going to try another pharmacy and at that pharmacy on bison track the mail was clear enough and I got my eye drops within 5 minutes! this is really ridiculous you will not be taken seriously here.

A great pharmacy for years. Medications are always delivered on time. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
