WATCH OUT!!!! When you come to the store you will be impressed about design of the furniture's and sofa's but please remember that design it is not everyting. Decor Wonen provide the most terrible service in the Netherlands! Employees who are working in Decor Wonen are lying, thinking only about their bussines and targets. They will always say that delivery time is shorter than expected and you will get your order in maximum 5 weeks but in REAL LIVE EVEN AFTER 16 WEEKS YOUR ORDER STILL DIDNT LEAVE TURKEY!
DONT TRUST EMPLOYEES FROM THE STORE, ALWAYS READ THE CONTRACT WHICH THEY ARE GIVING TO YOU!
Good parts:

- They are willing to do something with the prices if you buy more pieces (table, closet, chairs, etc) at the same time

- Big store
Bad parts:
- Delivery takes about 20-26 weeks
- The store is pretty full of people, so the attention of the staff members are not always on you
- This store needs more staff members
- Communication with this compny is a huge problem, you need to wait at least 45 minutes to talk with someone
- The communication in the company it self is a huge issue, like what they promise you is almost never communicated correctly
- Writing e-mails (multiple times) never got any reation to it
- Made promises is just to keep you busy
- Low temper, specially the Manager Johan
I have communicated well with these people. Helped me with my questions. I hope to be able to use the products for many years.

Dear people,
Do NOT order from this store !!!!! They are the biggest scammer out there! Customer service of 0. We had to wait 25 weeks for our bank. Called continuously at the back where the bank stays. They would deliver within 8 weeks with a max to 12 weeks. Well 25 weeks later and nothing is known yet. They also do not know when the sofa will be delivered. All they can do is refund deposit. 25 weeks of waiting without a bank and only what they can offer !!!!
Ridiculous. Please don't make the mistake I made. Don't order anything from them !!!! On Facebook they blocked me from comments because I asked where my bank is after 25 weeks !!! Guys you really are not rid of me!
