I was not treated kindly at all here, and Ms did not want to speak to me when I asked for information about a product 'because this was not a shop to look at, people come here for advice through a therapist'

What a horrible cold chilly extremely blunt and arrogant and unfriendly woman I came in and kindly said hello and the "lady" told me after 20 seconds that this was not a "show store" ... and that "Normally" everyone who came in had an appointment. WHY DOES IT NOT PUT A LARGE PLATE ON THE WINDOW WITH THE INSERT: HERE NO ONE IS WELCOME !!

I came there I had a few cents then I wanted to cycle home and then she said I had to give my money to her then I came back she had my money and she finally it took a long time
