Whenever we are in the Netherlands we come to Kruidvat to buy some medicine. Also here we found what we were looking for. Service was very friendly and nice also!

All kruidvat stores are messy and crowded with random items or boxes scattered over the floor or blocking the aisles. This one no exception. Also, I never got the ready-for-pickup e-mail after my on-line order, while the package was already there. Avoid this mess and go to a nearby Etos instead.

I am always satisfied with this store and receive good service. Today I was only shouted at anti-social by the cashier in a crowded store. When I walked in I saw no baskets, so I started to read on the sign what the corona guidelines are about entering the store. A girl shouted 3 times Mrs.! I didn't even realize it was against me. Whereupon I told her to take it easy with me. I wanted to behave well by not walking into the store and reading the sign if I had to bring a basket. The store has changed this quite a bit the latter. I fully understand that people want to keep an eye on whether too many people come in. I just don't want to be yelled at like a criminal and found this very rude and disrespectful.
