Very poor service with regard to photos. It started with placing the order, nobody knew what it was talking about. Finally sorted out on my own. Now almost 3 weeks later, the photos have still not arrived at the store while they were already sent a week ago according to the trace code. Every time I am sent away with "maybe tomorrow" instead of someone really trying to help me. Let's not talk about the young staff, which shows no initiative at all. Is there a line of 5 men at a cash register and they are still chatting ...

Go stand behind yourself at a cash desk if there is a customer in front. It's a bit strange that I or I have to wait a long time to find someone to ask if I can pay. Ditto with the cash register. There is a row of 10 customers. And it does not occur at all to the cashier to call one up. I also have to suggest that myself before I take the eyes out of my pocket. And then that complete mess. You can't go anywhere with good decency if you come with a pram or wheelchair.
