Very rude staff. "We're not a pharmacy!" with 0 respect to the customer.
We have been coming to this Etos for years. Always friendly employees, pleasant, professional and more than willing to go that little bit further. They think along, have the know-how to help everyone with medicines and other questions. And after so many years, the staff almost feels like family. Keep it up, toppers!
Treated rude by store personnel. The staff lacks professionalism, customer focus, manners and knowledge of the Etos conditions. This Etos store is clearly acting in violation of the Etos conditions after having contacted Etos customer service. I will never come here again.
A very large drugstore with a huge assortment. From nose drops to mascara, from acetone to ... well, really, everything you can expect from a drugstore. I was helped by friendly staff who had the time for me, very nice. The store is also open in the evening until 22:00.
