To my surprise, I arrived today in the Etos on the Nassaulaan 1 in Bussum for groceries and was helped there nicely. Until an older lady (blonde lady, I suspect the manager) was involved and anything but customer oriented! I am not used to this from the etos and this lady certainly does not belong here.

I found it very strange how a blonde middle-aged lady helped me last Saturday, not much, slow and most of all no knowledge of the products. For me a reason to go to the Kruidvat!
