Total lack of respect for customers or people in general; staff member simply does not know how to talk politely or even in a normal way with a person, let alone a customer. Probably normal for Etos standards

The best Etos I ever went to. Always friendly staff,easy to approach and very knowledgeable. I always go here. I highly recommend this location above the rest of the etos . Etos is also well known for their products and offers. They also have their own line of cosmetics what is a really good quality but lower price.

Very antisocial and rude employee: the concept of customer service or customer friendliness was probably never mentioned when hiring. Addressing customers with 'just go ahead and do this' is probably normal for Etos concepts.
