My girlfriend had the worst experience with this shop. They had ordered everything wrong, after not taking proper measurements, unfortunately everything was done arbitrarily. She spent 10k in 1 h and was reassured that she will have a beautiful bathroom and than the nightmare started which 4 months later is still not resolved. This is a genuine review and Julie, asking friends to write 5 star review just so that you appear a legitimate designer shop is not a way to go. Excellent help with the purchase of our new bathroom. We have received great guidance throughout the entire process from A to Z: from the first ideas, to detailed drawings and good service on delivery. The staff (in our case Bas van Keulen) is very service-oriented and has come up with great ideas and designs. The store has a beautiful and wide range and we still enjoy the beautiful end result every day to which Bas has made a major contribution. I can recommend this case to everyone.

Enjoying our bathrooms and our lamps throughout the house for 9 months now. Baden Baden not only sells beautiful things but also helps with the design of the spaces and adjusts the designs until they have been realized by the contractor. Not everything went smoothly but in the end everything was handled properly. Thanks to Bas (van Keulen) for the beautiful designs, great selection of lamps and help from start to finish.
