A very bad customer experience, I went to renovate a bathroom. After seeing and selecting everything in the store, the seller went to a booth reserved for staff only and said he would be back in 20 minutes with an offer / price calculation. In the meantime, I was able to take root for 20 minutes, it was not communicated in advance that this would happen. After 30 minutes I left the store and went home, because I can spend my time better. After 40 minutes the seller calls me asking where I am, I am on my way home, because I think it is totally not customer-friendly to let me wait 20 minutes for a quote, let alone 30 minutes. The seller found this very strange of me, because they always do it that way. I indicated that I would email the quote and I would look at it at home, but they don't. They want to go through everything personally with the customer, but I just indicated what I want, if you give the price I can judge it. No, we don't do that, the seller said. I wish him a nice day and they will never see me there again
