Ordered a wall clock online. Was defective on delivery, second and third copies also (through no fault of basic label). Kindly helped by Dianne, and without any hassle just immediately got the money back and received a personal card at home with apologies for the inconvenience. Super arranged!

Today we went to the cushioned peat harbor at Basiclabel, where we purchased a completely new interior. We had absolutely no idea what style we would like and what could look beautiful in our new home. We were about to hire an interior stylist. Thanks to Nel this was not necessary, she has collected all the furniture according to our wishes and we are very grateful for that. Thank you Nel, you have no idea how valuable you have been!
