Horrible Branch Manager! Very unfriendly and underhanded! It is a very small shop with narrow aisles. Very difficult to reach with the pram. The racks are placed dangerously with products placed on them that can easily fall.
While making a turn in the store, I accidentally touched a scaffolding with the result that various shower products fell on my pram and on my daughter. This was not appreciated and resulted in a fierce confrontation with the branch manager. Whereupon I contacted the head office. It is totally unacceptable to say that I will be stamped out if it happens again.
The last word has not yet been said about that.
Nothing wrong with being a bit messy
