Very bad delivery (s). My original quotation was adjusted after signing, and the wrong products were subsequently delivered. Then spoke very unfriendly by the responsible. The subsequent delivery was again wrong. At the moment my product has still not been delivered, it was ordered more than three months ago (so there is no mistake due to haste). Very dissatisfied and therefore immediately my last purchase at Woonexpress.

Bought bank and can pick it up within 1 week. Unfortunately only 2 out of three packages. After a week last part in. But then I was 3 legs short and 2 mounting brackets short. Went back to warehouse. Unfortunately 10 minutes late. Then back to the store. The lady behind the counter did not want to think along. Wanted to report the complaint and then maybe I could get a response on Monday because it was Friday. Called the manager and went to look behind. Unfortunately without result. Advice to go to the warehouse next day. He talked about compensation. Nice proposal. Saturday picked up the remaining stuff and then went to the store to talk about the compensation offered. But then I had to email customer service. He himself could only offer a discount on new purchases. It is a pity that compensation is offered but that I have to go after it myself with an official complaint to the head office. The manager was understanding. Am done with it. Have to go 3 times to sit on a complete couch and I still have to go after compensation myself ...... Very unfortunate if you buy stuff for € 2000. We spoke to an employee via mail and was very understanding. Just made a compensation proposal and I agreed. All in all, a neat end to the whole thing. Thank you Woonexpress Waalwijk.
