Bought hob, the box was not new, it was already open, I sent the induction hob back the day after, came in, received no confirmation, I emailed twice still no response !! So I called Monday March 23, Mr. Robshot was angry that I called several times, and he hung up the phone !! Not normal!
Fast and well-packaged delivery.
The beater belonging to the milk frother, Proficook PC_MS 1032, is defective within one year.
According to the management, this is a wearing part and is therefore not covered by the warranty.
A spare beater is included and if it refuses I should buy new beaters.
So my advice is not to buy.
