Seat ordered, this would be delivered within 4/5 working days. I received an email that it would take 10 working days longer if the supplier did not deliver. Can happen, no problem. However, we are now 4 weeks further and I still have no seat and I do not get an answer to my email about this. So yesterday I had contact via live chat (Rough Interiors cannot be reached by phone) and would be called back in the afternoon about this. Again, this has not happened. In short: poor customer service and I am still waiting for my seat.
I ordered the Old Wood coffee table. The description stated a delivery time of 2-3 days, but the table was already delivered the next day! Neat, well-arranged webshop and fast delivery! I definitely recommend this company and will order my stuff here more often.
We have ordered a coffee table and four dining room chairs from ROUGH. Mega fast delivery and nice customer service. We had questions about the delivery and there was a response within a day. Top!
