We ended up on this website for a new kitchen in our holiday home. Had telephone contact. Showroom visited. All seemed great. Ordering had to be online and I could indicate the delivery date with comments (specially requested before ordering). But despite repeated requests, the kitchen was delivered 10 days early. I only knew this when the driver called that he was at the door! Kitchen had to go back and then arrived a day late, so I had to find a new installer. Our installer went crazy with this kitchen. (Due to covid it was not possible to order home assembly). No adjustable feet, so for each pipe must be sawn in the cabinets. And just hope that you have a level floor because adjustment is of course not possible. The oven hangs in the cabinet with 4 screws and the base cabinets cannot be anchored to the wall. The worktop was damaged and a lot of things were missing; fronts of drawer cabinet and dishwasher, plinth, front piece for under the oven. In addition, we had received parts that we had not ordered. Very difficult in combination with very vague and small printed instructions. The company asks for photos of the pallet with plastic intact (was already unloaded when I arrived) and if I want to check carefully because you can only file a damage claim once and they only deliver once. What is this? 1980? They make mistakes and then I feel like I have to prove my innocence. Exactly the same errors in subsequent delivery; called when the driver was at the door. This is not my home so had to drive for half an hour before I got there. On arrival, the pallet was already unloaded and there were damaged packaging. This worktop was also found to be damaged when unpacked. Waited two weeks for nothing. Not being able to rent out the holiday home for two weeks (major loss), two installers have to come, so extra travel and labor costs. And a kitchen that is completely wrong, which I hope will last 5 years, but not expect this. Because these kitchens are extremely suitable for holiday homes according to the site, I expected them to be vandal-proof, but they are Just very weak. Once on the spot, it is solid and looks good, but we have made many adjustments ourselves. I was done with it. For the third sheet they were prepared to make an urgent delivery (why not with the first subsequent delivery?), But who guarantees that it will arrive intact. Besides, I didn't want to have the installer come a third time who wanted to run away screaming (and that's a quote!). I wanted my money back. I know that is not common in kitchens, but really everything was disappointing or wrong. Because they have sent the third worksheet despite our refusal (another surprise from the driver) we cannot get a refund according to legal aid. We settled for a small fee. Cheap is expensive. This kitchen has cost me a lot more money and especially gray hair. Is not worth it! The only good thing about this company is the customer service guy who tries very hard but has to do with a stingy old-fashioned company, where things are presented better than they are and their wallet is more important than customer loyalty.
