It was a pleasant experience from start to installation of the kitchen. We have been well served. We went there without an appointment. And they immediately helped drawing the kitchen in 3D. Adjust changes. Even after changes have been requested by email. The mails are answered quickly. There was a problem with the delivery, but after a phone call the men did everything to arrange the delivery and the installation the next day. The placement was done, Skirting boards are missing. They take a long time to order. Received a message that they are finally here. But so far no message from the mechanic.

2 days were initially planned for the assembly. But the mechanic managed to do this in 1 day. The mechanic had also tidy up everything and left it behind. So no cardboard or plastic packaging material, but he had brought everything with him. Unfortunately there was a damage to the oven that we only found out a few days later. But after I had reported this by email, immediate action was taken and I had a new one within 3 days without damage. I am very satisfied with Keuken Depot and can heartily recommend it to everyone. They do what they promise.

We had a very nice experience with Nick and Frank from Keuken Depot Soesterberg. During our orientation phase at other businesses in the country, this business stood out by far (in terms of price, possibilities and atmosphere). We did not expect this in advance because Keuken Depot presents itself quite well as a Discount store. By making slightly more expensive choices in equipment, worktop, etc., you get a very stylish (German) kitchen for your money. We were taken seriously from the first moment and our wishes were listened to. In our previous experiences there was an "expert who decides everything for you" and where it hardly made sense to add your own ideas. On Nick's recommendation, we also went to the Bosch Experience Center in Hoofddorp to view and experience the future equipment, so we made some adjustments in our choices. It is definitely recommended to do this. Nothing was imposed from the beginning. In making it more concrete, there was a lot of patience in actually fine-tuning the kitchen. The end result may be there, it is beautiful quality. The installation also went well. Covid19 delayed the delivery of some equipment, but this did not affect the installation date. By taking the initiative himself to collect some items that were delivered afterwards, the installer could visit us in the evenings to finish it, within two weeks of the installation date. Really super neat. In short: The whole process was a fun interaction between us and Keuken Depot. Keuken Depot thinks along, offers a pleasant atmosphere and is patient. We have had no stress from anything and really only had fun. And not unimportantly, we are very satisfied with the end result. That's just the way it should be!
