Already seen many times that employees were unfriendly and rude to bewildered customers. Especially the branch manager and older employees. Now I was the one who experienced it myself. After searching I could not find a product. After I approached an employee in the store and asked if I could ask a question, she snapped “yes wait until I'm done”. Well pooh, nice and nice .. After waiting I asked where I could find the product. She shouted several obscure clues in an exasperated tone, contradicting each other. When I did not understand a step in the (apparently) wrong direction she yelled "I SAID THERE !!!" It was to get vicarious shame, that's not how you treat people and certainly not customers. We will go to the DA across the street, greetings!

Today we entered the branch on the Bellestein at 9.30 am and immediately left again. Rarely treated so rude by one Employee who refused to mention the name of the branch manager after a complaint !!
